主な業務

• ビューティーブランドとの1:1コーチング
• 競合分析および市場トレンド調査
• 担当ブランドの動向分析および提案
• 共同商品企画およびプロモーション提案
• 新規ブランドの発掘および育成
• イーベイジャパン独占ブランドの企画、ローンチ、運営管理
• 商品プロモーション実績分析およびインサイト提供
• プロモーション政策の策定および統合管理
• 年間ブランドプロモーションの企画および運営
• MDチームメンバーの管理

資格要件

・4年制大学卒業以上

・チームリーダー経験1年以上 ​

・以下いずれかの経験者：
　◎オンラインまたはオフライン流通業者でのビューティーブランドMDまたhはバイヤー経験6年以上（内1年以上がリーダー経験であること）
　◎ビューティーブランドのブランドマネジャーまたはチャネル担当経験6年以上（内1年以上がリーダー経験であること）

　◎オンラインまたはオフラインのビューティー/コスメ業界(※)で6年以上の経験（内1年以上がリーダー経験であること）
　　※業界企業例：
　　- 企業の大小知名度問わずコスメブランド企業
　　- コスメ情報サイト
　　- ECプラットフォームでコスメ商品を取り扱っていた方

• 積極性、開拓マインドがある方
• コスメが好きな方
• まだ世にあまり知られていないコスメブランドを広めていきたい！という意気込みのある

優遇条件

• ビューティーリテール（オンライン/オフライン）経験者
• ビューティーブランドのローンチ経験者
• ブランディング経験者
• オフライン（店頭等）のビューティー経験豊富な方
• ビジネスレベルの英語でコミュニケーション力＋
