Role & Responsibilities:
• Finding top location for TNF CHINA DTC new stores in accordance with our strategy and prepare new store openings report & analysis.
• Work with finance and legal team, Lead the final internal approval process based on finalized terms &
conditions, followup with new store opening process in contract set up, existing stores contract expiry date reminders and contract filings.
• Lead the negotiation of approved potential stores with relevant landlords and aim to find preferential terms and conditions.
• In charge of renewal, renovation & termination of all retail stores as required
• Build strong relationship with relevant key landlords including big commercial development properties, department store and shopping mall or property management.
• Support other tasks given by the line manager
Key Result Areas :
1. Finding top location for Dyson CHINA DTC new stores
• Familiar city commercial area for Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen.
• Compiling general market information, industry statistical data, economic trend, and mall information.
• Make store evaluation form to know and analysis the store sales and P&L to prepare for new store opening report.
• Follow up all the process of new store to make sure store open smoothly.
2.Finish the contract renewal of retail stores on time
• Follow up existing stores contract expiry date reminders and contract filings
• Keep good relationship and use good negotiation skill with landlord to get good terms for store renew.
• Finish the contract renewal on time.
• Work with Legal to communicate with Landlord for the contract commerce clause
3. According to company general orientation to draw up Dyson DTC BD strategy
4.Good communicate and work closely with various internal teams.

Minimum Relevant Experience: 3-5 years with relevant experience
Minimum Supervisory Experience: 1-2 years with supervisory experience
Nature of Work: Have BD experience or work in Landlord background.

Specific Working Conditions
Frequency of Travel: 1-2 times per month 2-5 days for everytime
