Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and diligent intern to join our Business Systems team. The selected candidate will work with multiple teams within the DTO Business Systems Organization and the Businesses to create a Training and Learning Content. The intern will be responsible for collecting information from various departments, organizing the information in a clear and concise manner, and ensuring that the content job aids and whatfix flows are ready for review by the learning and content manager in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, curation, and consolidation of the learning and training materials (FAQs and How-To documents; whatfix 

  • Work with various teams and stakeholders to identify and collect the most relevant and up-to-date information for inclusion in the materials

  • Help in creating the design, layout, framework, and navigation for making the material accessible to the users

  • Organize and present information in a clear and concise manner

  • Help conduct user training sessions in how to get the most out of the information available

  • Help in creating learning materials on how to use training and learning materials for DX and other business systems

Recommended Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Interest or experience in documentation creation and Digital Adoption are a plus

  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Atlassian Confluence are a plus

  • An ability to identify useful and relevant knowledge, and understand the different needs of a broad community

  • Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams

  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative on task planning

  • Should be well organized and able to work efficiently under time pressure

  • Candidates currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, graphic/visual design, UX design, marketing, or related field

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
