Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across the application lifecycle. The role focuses on accelerating delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. Daily activities include continuous testing for various aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, developing and implementing automation strategies, and supporting configuration of data and environments. The Quality Engineer actively participates in reviewing code, tracking and reporting defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in the testing process to enhance overall product reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement automation strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities are aligned with business requirements and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and developing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including regression, functional, and security testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to support comprehensive test coverage.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes to monitor and report issues effectively.
- Capability to participate in code reviews and collaborate with development teams to improve software quality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
