Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, integrate, and optimise AI/ML solutions for business use cases

  • Translate requirements into scalable AI applications (APIs, microservices)

  • Work closely with Data Scientists, architects, and business/IT teams in an agile setup

  • Support production deployment and industrialization of AI models

  • Use generative AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate development

  • Break down complex problems into structured prompts and validate AI-generated code

  • Build and maintain MLOps pipelines (training, versioning, monitoring)

  • Ensure code quality through testing, validation, and performance optimisation

  • Optimise applications for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency

  • Contribute to technical documentation (code, APIs, models, reusable prompts)

  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and share best practices with the team

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Python development with AI/ML focus

  • Strong experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain)

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, agents)

  • Experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for development

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions

  • Good understanding of data engineering (data pipelines, preprocessing, feature engineering)

  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs)

  • API development experience (FastAPI, Flask, REST)

  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

  • Strong focus on testing and code quality (pytest, unittest, coverage tools)

  • Experience with Git (GitHub/GitLab)
