The Practice- A Brief Sketch:

The Technology Strategy & Advisory team helps clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies.

As part of this high performing Technology Strategy and Advisory team, you will work closely with an ecosystem of partners to help accelerate enterprise resilience through robust, scalable, proactive, and cost-effective cyber defense strategies. You will work on the following key areas:

• Business Problem Analysis: Identify and assess current state security capabilities and risk mitigation posture for our clients
• Technology-driven journey intersection: Define target state security capabilities and design security roadmap that includes cutting edge trends within Applications, APIs, and data
• Security Transformation: Apply best in class solutions to mitigate known risks and pre-empt unknown threats to safeguard data, networks, people and assets.
• High Performance Growth and Innovation: Assisting our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance.

Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role:

• Develop cyber defense strategies and value propositions to drive impactful discussions with CISOs, C-suite executives, and senior leadership.
• Demonstrate good analytical skills coupled with knowledge in cyber defense to conduct analysis of present and anticipated threats; define policies, processes, and technology to address gaps.
• Capitalize on in-depth understanding of security guiding principles, design recommendations and architecture, and infrastructure security concepts.
• Leverage deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat management approaches, and industry frameworks to guide clients in strengthening detection and response capabilities.
• Lead advisory workshops, assessments, and transformation programs, providing structured recommendations for resilience uplift across multiple domains of cyber defense.
• Maximize subject matter expertise in cyber defense consulting engagements and play a key role in client proposals, RFPs, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Contribute to presenting cyber defense strategy to clients, helping them mature their security posture and align investments with business objectives.
• Demonstrate ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, bringing structured thinking to complex client challenges.
• Apply knowledge of business value drivers to ensure that cyber defense recommendations are practical, relevant, and aligned to client priorities.

Your experience counts!

• An MBA from a Tier-1 institute is preferred
• Your prior experience across some of the following is important –
  • Experience in conducting infrastructure security and cyber defense assessments, with focus areas such as Vulnerability Management, SOC operations, SIEM optimization, and incident response.
  • Experience in implementing and advising on infrastructure security, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, secure network architecture, and endpoint controls.
  • Experience in developing security policies, standards, and governance principles to strengthen protection across networks, servers, endpoints, and data centers.
  • Working knowledge of leading security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, PCI DSS, and SOX.
  • Practical industry expertise across sectors such as Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, Life Sciences, Energy, and Industrial/Manufacturing.
• Certifications: CISSP/CISA/CISM/Vendor certifications (Splunk, Qualys, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar) are preferred
