National Trade Marketing and Retail Management Lead

What a National Trade Marketing and Retail Management Lead does at HP:

  • Establish a weekly cadence to drive sales objectives (SO) across the retail network.
  • Conduct market sensing activities and share insights with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure retail compliance on key parameters to maintain high standards of operation.
  • Oversee the execution of trade marketing programs to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and track expenditures against planned activities.
  • Publish regular dashboards on retail health parameters.
  • Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to bridge these gaps.
  • Monitor and analyze retail metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Track competitor activities and adjust trade marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in retail management and trade marketing.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpreting retail metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in trade marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple trade marketing initiatives simultaneously
