Job Description

1. Support team’s daily job, including shipping schedule updating, SD order releasing, VAT rebating etc.

2. Assist data processing job, including PFA, POD etc. application, perform general analysis for past due, mismatch etc.

3. Provide information inquiry by using CAT system, like SSP report, BO report etc. 4. Data maintain on share-folder, like de-expedite, grief etc. Other jobs assigned from supervisor.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Be in detail and data-sensitive; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, SQL server, PowerPoint etc.);

3. Good oral and written English.

4. Work independently with team spirit.

5. Customer service orientation, Enthusiastic, with positive attitude, Carefulness & high responsibility.

6. Be able to work 3 days per week.
