The Media Operations team is a vital part of Digital Ad Sales at Healthline Media. We oversee the operational execution of digital ad campaign insertion orders, focusing on system alignment and data accuracy. Our precise, detail oriented skills ensure campaigns are planned and executed flawlessly.  We are eager to partner with key stakeholders to ensure campaign success and revenue growth.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

  • Work collaboratively across the organization with internal sales support to input insertion orders while confirming inventory availability & business controls.
  • Partner with Pricing Yield Management team to determine process for managing inventory checks during the execution of digital insertion orders and communicate to team members.
  • Own system media plans that are aligned with internal best practices and ensure alignment with product capabilities and business rules. 
  • Partner with the RevOps, AdOps and Client Success teams to ensure media plans are maintained in Order Management System to accurately invoice and book accurate revenue.
  • Own all day-to-day changes, optimizations, and maintenance of media plans. Process insertion order changes and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on campaign tactics and expectations. 
  • Take ownership of data accuracy within Order Management System & optimization of processes
  • Maintain knowledge of the client’s business and ensure all media requirements are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate  strategically with AdOps and RevOps teams to lead the optimal media management processes and controls.
  • Expertise and Internal Leadership: Serve as a trusted subject matter expert across key areas of Media Operations, not only providing insights to the immediate team but also becoming a valued resource for cross-functional teams such as Sales, Client Success, and AdOps. Proactively share knowledge, best practices, and trends to elevate team performance and drive innovation.
  • People Manager: Act as a mentor and manager to junior team members, fostering skill development, training and professional growth. Onboard new teammates and lead internal training sessions.  Lead team meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Media Planning, Buying or Account Management at a Media Publisher or Agency (pharmaceutical experience is a plus)
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines for multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, CPUV, CPA) and pricing models.
  • Strong understanding of RFP processes, insertion orders, ad servers, and order management systems.
  • Detail oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency
  • Process-driven with a focus on creating and maintaining best practices for team collaboration.
  • Experience using a CRM tool, Microsoft Office, Google Ad Manager, and an order management system is required
  • Lead with a sense of urgency

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $84,000.00 - $105,000.00 
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
