The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 2 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic and routine cash & trade operations in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform cash and trade processing activities in a fast-paced environment while focusing on quality, details and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Apply basic technical knowledge to ensure efficient customer service that meets quality standards
• Assist with activities related to compliance and control
• Perform job duties by following detailed procedures or explicit instructions under direct supervision
• Aid in internal and external customer contact
• Serve as a backup processor for team members during high volume periods
• Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Pass basic induction and operations training
• Effective written and verbal communication

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Funciones

• Generacion de bases de datos relacionadas con el efectivo que se recibe de las compañias de traslado de valores
• Gestionar bases de datos con informacion sobre saldos de cajeros automaticos
• Conciliaciones bancarias en base de datos sobre el efectivo que se recibe de las compañias de traslados de valores
• Revisar informacion, hacer cruces y trablas dinamicas sobre dotacion, sobrantes, saldos final, facturacion.

Requisitos

• Excel intermedio
• Conocimiento de contabilidad básica
• Disponibilidad de horario
• Disponibilidad de Rolar fines de semana 1 vez al mes.
• conocimiento de Office
