This role will own our Conversational Intelligence product, integrating Chorus capabilities into ZoomInfo Copilot to create an AI-powered, prescriptive solution that puts the most promising accounts and next best actions in front of sellers. You will craft intelligent workflows designed to assist sales professionals in gaining comprehensive insights into their pipeline's progression and maximizing conversion rates from pipeline to revenue.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Product Lifecycle: Champion the Conversational Intelligence product from integration planning, through successful launch, and into monitoring and iterative improvements.
  • Set Vision and Roadmap: Craft and guide the vision, strategy, and roadmap for this novel product line, ensuring alignment with user needs and ZoomInfo's overall strategy.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly engage with sales professionals and RevOps teams to understand their needs and inform product decisions.
  • Define and Analyze Metrics: Identify key metrics for CI-enhanced recommendations, implement tracking, analyze data, and translate insights into high-impact product initiatives.
  • Lead Teams: Galvanize cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketers to ship best-in-class CI experiences within Copilot.
  • Drive Growth: Collaborate with various product and growth teams to plan and execute initiatives enhancing user experience, retention, engagement, and customer delight.
  • Stakeholder Updates: Drive alignment across the organization by articulating CI product strategies with compelling narratives through regular, written updates to all stakeholders (including executives).

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate strategy and vision to large enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise-grade Conversational Intelligence or Speech Analytics products.
  • Demonstrable experience in integrating complex AI/ML models into user-facing products.
  • Expert-level understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning techniques applied to conversational data.
  • Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth (>$10M ARR) through product innovations in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to bring products to market
  • Strong technical background with the ability to effectively collaborate with data science and engineering teams.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Track record of building and maintaining executive-level relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in sales technology, CRM integrations, or sales enablement tools.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree.
  • Computer science degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations relevant to conversational data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through conference presentations, whitepapers, or industry publications.
  • Experience in pricing strategy and packaging for enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or R for data analysis.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
