About the Role

Home Solutions is seeking a VP of Email Marketing to lead the development and execution of email strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. Home Solutions’ mission is to make home services experiences better for everyone by simplifying how consumers research home services projects and home-related financial decisions, and our vision is to be the #1 marketplace connecting consumers to the best brands in home services. This role will play a key part in how we engage and build value with consumers. 

We are seeking a leader with a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and extensive experience in email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the home solutions market and be able to translate customer insights into impactful email campaigns. 

Your Day-to-Day

Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

  • Oversee the creation, deployment, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to deliver personalized and relevant content to various customer segments.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and oversee A/B testing methodologies to optimize email content, design, and send times for maximum effectiveness.
  • Manage email marketing tools and platforms, staying updated on the latest technologies and trends to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Technology, Content & Partnerships to ensure alignment.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business, finance, marketing, economics, or mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in Email Marketing and analytically-oriented digital marketing. 
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo), HTML/CSS, and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Ability to develop compelling email content and design that resonate with target audiences.
  • Possess a competitive drive and a strong desire to learn.
