We are seeking a Senior Manager, Legislative & Judiciary Affairs, Mexico to support and execute our engagement strategy with legislative and judicial stakeholders at the federal and local levels. This role is pivotal in strengthening our understanding of Mexico’s evolving decision-making environment, anticipating legislative and judicial developments, and supporting effective issue and crisis management. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on government and congressional experience, strong operational relationship skills, and deep knowledge of legislative, electoral, and judicial processes.

If you are passionate about public affairs execution, political analysis, and operating effectively in dynamic environments, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Support and execute the Company’s legislative and judiciary affairs strategy in Mexico, aligned with PACS priorities and guidance.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with operational teams and staff within the Federal Congress, local congresses, and relevant judicial stakeholders.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on legislative, electoral, and judicial developments, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the Company.
  • Provide operational support in the preparation of positions, briefings, and engagement plans related to legislative initiatives and judicial reforms.
  • Support crisis preparedness and response, coordinating timely information flow and execution with PACS, Communications, and Legal teams.
  • Contribute to stakeholder mapping and tracking of key decision-makers and influencers across federal and local institutions.
  • Enable effective field execution, maintaining high operational availability and readiness for travel across Mexico as required.
  • Support the execution of the PACS ABP through operational planning, budget tracking and program implementation, coordination with bottlers and internal teams, and on-the-ground support during issues and crisis (IMCR) situations as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working with government, Congress, or public affairs, with exposure to both federal and local legislative environments.
  • Strong understanding of Mexico’s political and institutional decision-making processes over the last 9 years.
  • Solid knowledge of the legislative and electoral processes, as well as familiarity with recent and ongoing judicial reform in Mexico.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational-level relationships within Congress and government institutions.
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, including crisis situations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate political developments into actionable insights.
  • Full operational availability, with 100% travel readiness as required.
  • English proficiency required; Spanish fluency required for effective local engagement.

What We'll Do for You

  • Global Exposure: Be part of a globally connected PACS organization, gaining visibility into how public affairs strategies are shaped and executed across markets.
  • Iconic Brands: Support and represent one of the world’s most respected companies, trusted by consumers and institutions alike.
  • Learning & Development: Access continuous learning platforms, on-the-job development, and career-building experiences within a global organization.
  • Purpose-Driven Work: Contribute to informed public dialogue and responsible engagement with legislative and judicial institutions in Mexico.
