Hybrid Role

Year FTC with possibility of extension to 2 years and we will actively support development into another suitable role at Mears for the right candidate.

Full Time position, salary up to £42,500 PA with company car allowance-£4,500

We’re looking for a full time Customer Success Manager to support our UK wide contracts deliver an exceptional customer service and give something back to our communities through social value activities.

About the Role:

As a Hybrid position, you can be based in either Basingstoke, Leeds, Enfield Manchester or from home but with travel to all of the above locations as well as all ARAP, CAS and RLAP locations (nationwide).

You will act as the voice of the customer, to ensure the MOD & MOJ contracts deliver a leading customer experience, outperforming against customer & contractual needs. To help Mears achieve its strategic ambitions; to be regarded as a service leader, a socially responsible business and a great place to work.

Role Criteria:

You’ll have current experience working in a customer led role. Of course, you’ll already be customer focused, passionate about service, a confident communicator, active in your local community and have attention to detail. You’ll also be used to positively influencing others, delivering training and working to regulations and key performance indicators.

  • Subject matter expert in delivering customer excellence strategy
  • Strong training & coaching skills
  • Strong Influencing, Negotiation and Presentation skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels, great communicator– attentive listener
  • Ability to manage projects/pieces of work, on time and to agreed outcomes
  • You can implement tactical plans
  • Ability to manage complex situations & create & deliver innovative solutions
  • You can manage multiple tasks in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
  • Have a flexible approach
