What will you do?
Where you work depends on a number of things. Process Controls & Instrumentation Systems (PC&IS) engineers ensure the health and future progress of our electrical and controls systems. They support daily work and develop and execute plans on future improvements.
Daily work could encompass any of the following:
· Managing site safety in electrical and controls systems
· Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
· Delivering and starting up new equipment, initiatives, and projects
· Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create best-in-class solutions
· Creating learning programs, and coaching and training technicians
· Managing site electrical and controls assessments and improvement strategies
· Creating and improving standards to enable the site to achieve key performance indicators
· Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment
Job Qualifications
You are a good fit here if you:
· Have a BS/MS degree in engineering. We prefer Electrical and Controls Engineering, though we may also consider other engineering fields.
· Are willing to work onsite.
· Are willing to relocate during your career.
· Complete P&G Screening and Interviewing Process.
