Within Retail Banking Services (RBS) the Digital Domain drives the strategy and delivery behind CBA’s market leading CommBank app, and its desktop asset Netbank, delivering an integral service and brilliant experiences to over nine million digitally active customers.
Your impact and contribution
As the Crew Lead for Digital 2.0, you will be a product strategist, digital thought leader, methodical experimenter, and a senior leader who is driven by a desire to create exceptional digital experiences.
You’ll use the latest technology to build digital experiences and features that determine how millions of people access, understand, manage and invest their money all while strengthening their relationship with CommBank.
Drawing from your strong digital delivery experience, you’re constantly pushing the boundaries to help deliver outcomes that fundamentally shift the customer experience and unlock more value. Your passion for outstanding user experience and ability to solve complex problems is key to developing high quality solutions.
You have a high tolerance for complexity and ambiguity coupled with the resilience and tenacity to see things through.
You have experience working in a fast paced, agile environment and use leading practices with an appreciation for the value of continuous delivery and user testing. You’re the kind of person who thrives when given the autonomy to drive a product strategy – from conception, design, development, testing and release. But you’re also passionate about being active in the broader digital community.
