JR52305 NVEG Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for NAND Component Reliability testing execution at MMP to meet the aggressive timeline by managing the project schedule and collaborating with Reliability Operation teams for test plan execution.
  • Work with NAND Reliability Architecture /TD/Media architecture/System integration teams to define and develop reliability stress, test flows and test plans to cover all Product Reliability aspects. 
  • Analyze large amounts of reliability data and present it to cross functional teams to assess reliability capacity, defining reliability gaps and drive for resolution and improvements. 
  • Debug and identify root cause and failures in reliability tests by electric failure analysis(EFA) and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) and drive for resolution and improvements through cross functional team collaboration. 
  • Work closely with Global Quality team to define qualification plan, review the qualification execution progress and drive cross functional taskforce for qualification gating issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Good understanding of CMOS device physics
  • Knowledge and experienced in component and system level testing, analysis and debugging will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of CMOS circuit design, CAD/Simulation and test flow and system architecture is an added advantages
  • Strong drive and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate complex technical ideas/concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems
