About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while you teach them our products and coach them through setup and integration.

Our consultants have the capacity to work with cross-functional teams to accomplish overall project goals. We all have varying levels of expertise and take great pride in our responsibilities. Travel could be up to 55-75% based on need under normal conditions.

What you will need:

Strong Order to Cash (O2C) Experience:

  • End-to-End O2C Process: Must have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in managing the entire Order-to-Cash cycle
  • Process Optimization:  Proven ability to identify inefficiencies within the OC2 process and implement improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction

 ERP Expertise:

  • ERP Systems: Extensive experience working with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc) is essential
  • ERP system optimization to support O2C processes

 Collections Experience:  

  • Collections Management:  Strong background in managing collections processes, including outstanding receivables, dispute resolution, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding
  • Customer Relations:  Ability to maintain positive customer relationships while effectively managing collections to ensure timely payments

Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.

The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups.

A bachelor’s in business or a related field or the equivalent experience.
 

What you will be doing:

  • Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization.
  • Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted.
  • Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.
  • Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly.
  • Training customers on new systems and procedures.
  • Leading and executing project activities regarding functional and technical requirements and designs, testing, training, and support
  • Assisting with project planning and requirement gathering and specifications
  • Coordinating work tasks with cross-functional team leaders to develop solutions with other team members
  • Executing and delivering project tasks within time and budget constraints
  • Understanding client needs and developing and maintaining excellent customer relations
  • Assigning tasks to other consultants and supervising work when necessary
  • Store all Project deliverables (signoffs, documentation, workbooks, customer status reports, tech info/VPN, issues list, major decisions, etc.) on SharePoint. 
  • Role could also require acting as Project Manager for consultant led projects.  This would include conducting weekly status meetings, working through issue management and resolution.  Maintaining status reports, issue and action logs, project plans, documentation, and managing milestones.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with GETPAID is preferred, particularly with Credit and Cash App
  • Multilingual Preferred, particularly with Portuguese and Spanish

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $62,170.00 - $101,340.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
