• Maintain programs financials across Ultra Maritime Canada Systems on a timely basis with focus on cost control management, EAC preparation, customer invoicing, cash flow management and programmatic risks.Nationality Requirements

Job Description
· Review program costs and estimates to complete, supporting / challenging PMs and Work Package Managers
· Review weekly/monthly timesheet bookings against programs to ensure accuracy of labour costs
· Maintain and analyse actual program financials against bid position and forecasts
· Maintain various financial schedules and sub-ledgers, particularly related to program reporting
· Perform variance analyses on costs, scope and schedules, and report on related risks
· Identify variances and support project management in resolution of outstanding issues
· Review the program resource requirements and monitor this against actual resources provided to the program
· Prepare financial customer reporting as required under program contracts
· Monitor program cashflow reporting, gross margin analysis
· Support Program Managers with customer interface when requested
Assist with preparation and maintenance of bids and proposals and estimates
· Assist Program Managers with Project and Excel reporting tools
· Assist in the program budgeting and forecasting process
· Assist in the preparation of R&D Expenditure Credit information or other government funding where relevant
· Oversee formal quarterly EAC Reviews
· Provide detailed program finance inputs to PM and Senior Management
· Co-ordinate / ensure that program invoicing is completed on schedule, monitor unpaid invoices and assist in the resolution of any overdue customer invoices
· Support month-end close processes
