• This position is responsible for leading and supporting overall small package operations at CRK HUB in an efficient and effective manner, while meeting customer demands across various operational areas.
• The role requires proactive contribution to the team, a strong commitment to team development, and active support of overall departmental objectives.
• The incumbent will analyze and respond to operational requests, resolve operational and cross-functional issues, and ensure that customer demand and service requirements are consistently met.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in logistics, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Proficiency in English is mandated.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills mandated.
• Proven problem-solving abilities preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, experience with Access and Power BI mandated.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines mandated.
