As our Temporary Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our business running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of daily operations and special projects, receiving weekly guidance on priorities from the business vice president. This position demands not only strong PMO skills but also a hands-on approach to executing tasks and driving results.
Please be advised that this is a temporary role. The position will be based out of our home office in Bentonville, Arkansas, and relocation will not be provided. Additionally, please note that this role does not support immigration-related employment benefits, including H-1B, TN, L-1, or STEM Extension.

Supplier Coordination: Oversee and follow up with suppliers on the creation of marketing assets, input for legal documents, and the progress of major projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Timeline Management: Actively engage with cross-functional teams to address open questions and adhere to technology development timelines, ensuring that projects stay on track.
Member Escalations: Provide effective support in resolving member escalations, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service and problem-solving.
Data Connections: Facilitate connections between relevant teams and organizational data sources to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Program Approvals: Assist with securing operator approvals for new in-club programs, contributing to the successful implementation of innovative initiatives.

The hourly wage range for this position is $38.00-$73.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
