The primary responsibilities of the Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis are to provide
various financial analysis, budgeting, actual vs. budget analysis, investment models, to the
Oncology business unit. This role acts as a financial advisor to the operations and management
teams within Oncology. The role will be expanded to include work supporting initiatives across
the division to drive growth and optimal utilization of company resources. The position requires
minimal travel.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support Oncology business unit to optimize performance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and other ad hoc projects on an as needed basis. Support quarterly board reporting for each joint venture.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with key performance metrics and analyze variances between performance and forecasts; providing detailed explanations.

  • Review general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and alignment with forecasts and operations. Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and month-end reporting packages.

  • Support business development in proforma / modeling for new opportunities in existing partnerships as well as potential new partnerships including pricing strategies for mobile oncology business.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 + years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.

  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

  • Master's Degree

Physical Requirements:

Standard office environment.

  • See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.

Less than 50% of the time:

  • Stoop, kneel or crawl.

  • Climb and balance.

  • Carry and lift (ability to move non-ambulatory patients from a sitting or lying position for transfer or to exam).
