Are you ready to embark on an outstanding journey with Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.? We are seeking a Logistics Specialist I to join our ambitious team!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow activities related to clinical trial projects at the local level, making sure that good documentation, manufacture, storage, and distribution standards are maintained.
- Verify, assess, document, and prepare reports while maintaining flawless communication within local project and operation teams.
- Assist Project Management, Coordination, Operational, and Financial departments in administrative and general operating management processes of the facilities.
- Work together and manage the receipt and shipment of medicinal products/materials, ensuring accurate documentation and customer notifications.
- Process orders for medicinal products/supplies to medical institutions and acquire confirmations to meet established requirements.
- Help with inventory control to monitor the supply chain effectively.
- Handle return operations, working alongside medical institutions for the delivery and record-keeping of medicinal products/supplies.
- Provide information and mentorship to medical institutions regarding storage conditions, handling temperature sensors, and acknowledging receipt and documentation.
- Report and inform any deviations and non-conformities related to project coordination.
- Assist with reception, shipment, and return activities, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and required documentation.
- Examine internal inventory levels for distribution to medical facilities.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:
- Students or graduates in health, logistics operations, or management areas.
- Up to 1 year of experience in similar activities in the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or logistics companies.
- Intermediate oral and written English skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
