About the Role:
This position provides assistance and input to management, develops and leads large multifunctional development activities, solves complex technical problems, writes complex code for computer systems, and serves as a senior source of expertise. The position may also provide sizing or budget recommendations to management.
About the Responsibilities:
Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
Serve as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.
Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate to extreme complexity.
Serve as acknowledged “go to” person on coding and technical issues.
Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Ability to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs.
Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity. Keep abreast of new technological developments.
Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making.

About the Requirements:
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
Important Skill Set Requirement
Must Have-
- React JS
- Java
- Azure or Aws cloud exposure
- Kubernetes
Good-To-Have
- Node JS
- CI/CD with GitHub actions and workflows
- OIDC - OAuth 2.0
- Terragrunt/Terraform
Detailed Technical Skills:
Expertise in React.js is a must, great to have working knowledge in frameworks and libraries like Next.js, Redux, Formik, Jest etc
Proficiency in Node.js is a great to have skill set for this role
Proven expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java, Javascript
Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD with Github actions and workflows
Strong experience in Azure or Aws cloud with Kubernetes service
Strong experience with authentication protocols like OIDC - OAuth 2.0
Experience with IAC like Terraform
Proficiency in writing code with best security practices to address at least the OWASP top 10
Solid knowledge of architectural principles.
Strong knowledge of test-driven development.
Good oral and written communications skills.
