Brown & Brown is seeking a Healthcare Actuarial Consultant to join our growing team!
We are seeking a seasoned relationship manager to oversee and strengthen client relationships within the healthcare industry. As the primary client liaison, you will deliver exceptional service and ensure all project deliverables align with client goals and expectations. In this role, you will take a proactive approach to driving project success, facilitate clear communication across internal and external teams, and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s scope of work, milestones, and key deliverables.
How You Will Contribute:
Build trust, rapport, and a deep understanding of client project needs and deliverables while serving as a liaison and internal advocate for clients.
Assist with preparation of written statement of work (SOW) requirements and manage project deliverables from inception to completion.
Ensure exceptional service delivery through personal efforts and guiding project team members.
Provide proactive, personalized, and strategic support to deliver a seamless client experience.
Prepare and lead internal and external meetings with key stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
Collaborate with associates to maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions, milestones, issues, and deliverables.
Ensure consistent execution of tools, communication protocols, and project processes.
Analyze project workflows, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions, including managing escalations as needed.
Conduct reviews to ensure deliverables align with client goals and project requirements.
Manage multiple projects, analyze data, and disseminate findings to relevant departments.
Ensure project deliverables are met with clear and timely communication, in collaboration with colleagues.
Utilize advanced analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and healthcare industry to build strong client relationships and develop effective, informed project strategies.
Collaborate with the executive sponsor and team to evaluate progress and refine goals as necessary.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
5+ years’ of experience in the healthcare industry, including managed care and commercial benefit sectors.
Proficient in managing client relationships and addressing multifaceted project needs.
Skilled in creating comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) to align with client objectives and project deliverables.
Experienced in developing and executing business plans to support and exceed project goals.
Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication, including presentations to high-level executives and leadership at all organizational levels.
Strong interpersonal abilities with a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Capable of working autonomously while effectively navigating complex matrixed environments.
Adept at resolving challenges with a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
Exceptional ability to understand and manage emotions, fostering productive and positive relationships.
Experienced in resolving conflicts and developing forward-thinking strategies.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and informing decisions.
Proven ability to build, adapt, and implement effective business plans that align with evolving client needs and market dynamics.
Skilled at reevaluating priorities and strategies to address changing client and market demands.
Expert in prioritizing initiatives with the greatest return on investment.
Deep understanding of the complexities of client needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and tracking multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and managing competing priorities effectively.
Pay Range
$150,000 - $175,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
