We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the EPMO & IT Solutions Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and driving IT solutions to support the company's strategic objectives. You will be reporting to the Strategic Program Officer, PDC COO and be part of PDC extended staff.

Our Group:

You will join an heterogenous group of excellent managers who are responsible to lead and drive the strategic operational execution of the organization in multiple area’s of resources planning , information system architecture, designing cross organizational business process and managing the entire campus infrastructure and services.

What you'll be doing:

  • EPMO Leadership: Lead the establishment, development, and execution of the EPMO function, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Project Governance: Define and implement project governance standards, methodologies, and tools to ensure successful project execution and adherence to quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT, and other departments, to identify project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication.
  • IT Solutions Strategy: Develop and execute the IT solutions strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business needs and objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring effective delivery of IT solutions and services.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the EPMO and IT solutions budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

What should you have?

  • B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects and programs, preferably in the semiconductor or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale IT solutions and driving business transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • PMP Certification - advantage.
