Job Description:

• Has 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform and Product suites
• Experience working with multiple key areas of the ServiceNow Platform(ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITBM, Integrations)
• Provide advisory services for ServiceNow-related technical governance and procedures
• Enforce best practices/standards for maintaining the ServiceNow platform health and architecture
• Provide a technical solution for requirements related to the architecture, features and customizations
• Ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions through architectural controls
• Use ServiceNow HealthScan to evaluate the instance's health (performance, management, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)
• Work as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all ServiceNow product lines
• Help technical teams to design solutions that are align with ServiceNow architecture
• Document Technical specification, User Guides, and Standard operating procedures for ServiceNow customizations and configurations
• Work with stakeholders in Requirement gathering and Solution planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
