As a Field Education Associate Manager on Stryker's Sports Medicine team, you will play a critical role in equipping our sales teams and their customers with the knowledge and skills needed to win in the field. In this role, you’ll help shape the learning experience for a high-growth, high-impact business unit by designing and delivering training programs focused on surgical procedures, product knowledge, and commercial execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to create engaging, hands-on and virtual educational experiences that elevate awareness and drive confidence in our Sports Medicine solutions. You will also provide on-site clinical support at labs and educational events, helping to reinforce the best practices and ensure a world-class experience for both internal teams and surgeon customers. This is a remote position on our Sports Medicine team, supporting customers in the Midwest region. Candidates located in the Midwest are preferred.

$87,600 - $186,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
