Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender. - Strong understanding of system operations and support processes. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell. - Ability to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors Degree or Equivalent is required.
