RouteVision is entering a new phase of further professionalisation. As HR Business Partner, you support employees and management across all HR processes and play a key role in strengthening leadership, culture and collaboration. You are a trusted sparring partner for the Management Team (MT), which fully supports the importance of this role.
You will have the autonomy to shape organisational development and modern HR policies, while maintaining a solid and reliable operational HR foundation.

Act as a sparring partner on people-related topics and team development
Advise on performance management, workforce planning and organisational development
Analyse HR data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Initiate and guide culture and change programmes
Strengthen collaboration, ownership and employee engagement
Monitor employee satisfaction and implement improvement actions
Facilitate offsites, workshops and team-building sessions
Organise and coordinate training and development programmes
Align with internal and external trainers
Safeguard quality, processes and progress
Support managers in their leadership development
Contribute to the development of modern, future-proof HR policies
Lead HR projects such as talent development, vitality/wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion
Ensure compliance with relevant Dutch and EU labour laws and regulations, including the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter) and ownership of RI&E coordination
Personnel administration and payroll changes (payroll processing outsourced)
Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
Answer HR-related questions from employees and managers
Coordinate absence management in collaboration with the occupational health service
Maintain and update the employee handbooks for the Netherlands and Belgium
Skills and experience
Broad HR knowledge (employment law, absence management, recruitment, performance management)
Knowledge of the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter)
Experience with HR data analysis and reporting
Understanding of organisational development and change management
Solid instructional foundation; able to organise and manage learning programmes
Excellent command of English
Strong communicator and bridge-builder
Coaching and supportive approach towards managers
Organisationally aware and proactive
Results-driven and decisive
Able to switch easily between strategic, tactical and operational levels
Reliable, enthusiastic, empathetic and conceptually strong

Salary: €5,000 – €5,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek)
Working hours: 24–32 hours per week
