Job Description:

  • 支持多个时区的企业用户
  • 对客户端操作系统及常用应用软件进行安装、配置,故障检测及排除;
  • 准确按照流程帮助客户解决账号、电脑 软硬件、移动设备、网络、应用、打印机、IP电话等 相关故障问题;
  • 详细记录工单,对于不能解决的工单, 及时转派到二线团队;
  • 与客户保持沟通,确保对方了解服务进 程并及时处理问题
  • 语言: 英语读写沟通流利,有海外留学背景或IT技术支持相关经验者优先考虑;
  • 工作时间:  24x7排班,  综合工时(平均每周40小时)
  • 具备1年以上应用支持或IT支持经验
  • 熟练使用Windows系统和Microsoft Office产品,如Outlook、Teams。
  • 利用相关工具和系统高比例解决的客户问题
  • 在规定的时间框架内,根据优先级矩阵和具体情况,酌情完成后续行动并启动升级程序
  • 遵守政策与程序,努力实现个人和团队目标
  • 能够与个人合作,共同审查措施,并辅导其达到服务级别协议(SLA)的要求
  • 必须具备出色的沟通技巧/充沛的精力和自信
