What you'll do...
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Front-End for a key position to deliver key experiences for our Corporate Social Responsibility products. We are looking for a highly motivated engineer who will be playing a crucial role in design and implementation of high performing systems and 3rd party integrations which are production ready to serve community and our associates.
We are embracing Open-Source technology using React-Native, React.js to build a front end, mobile experience and cloud native backend services using Java/NodeJS. In our team, you will work with talented engineers across our platforms including mobile engineers, backend service engineers, UX Designer and product managers.

What you will do
Technical Leadership:
Guide the team in architectural decisions and best practices for building scalable applications.
Provide multiple alternatives for development frameworks, libraries, and tools.
Architectural Leadership:
Lead and architect the front-end framework using ReactJS, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Integrate front-end architecture with NodeJS back-end services for full-stack cohesion.
Provide architectural guidance across teams, ensuring front-end and back-end solutions are effectively aligned.
Define and enforce technical standards and best practices for front-end and full-stack development.
Application Development:
Lead the development of complex and scalable front-end solutions using ReactJS.
Collaborate with back-end teams working with NodeJS to develop seamless, performant, and secure web applications.
Build reusable components and libraries, driving consistent user experiences across the platform.
Drive the adoption of responsive design principles, ensuring applications function effectively on a range of devices.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
Work closely with product, UX/UI, and back-end development teams to translate business and technical requirements into front-end architecture and features.
Lead technical discussions and represent the front-end perspective during architecture reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional meetings.
Mentor and coach junior, mid, and senior-level engineers, providing them with technical leadership and growth opportunities.
Technical Strategy:
Define and guide the front-end technical roadmap, ensuring it aligns with broader company goals and product timelines.
Stay updated on the latest developments in ReactJS, NodeJS, and related technologies, integrating innovative solutions into the team’s development practices.
Lead performance optimization initiatives, focusing on improving front-end load times, reducing bundle sizes, and minimizing time-to-interaction.
Establish guidelines for using modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM) and implementing CI/CD pipelines for front-end development.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Drive the implementation of rigorous testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Ensure high code quality using modern testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, and Chai.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop automated testing strategies and reduce manual testing overhead.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Lead technical debt management efforts, promoting regular refactoring and modernization of the front-end codebase.
Encourage and drive continuous improvement of front-end development processes, tooling, and collaboration methods.
Advocate for modern front-end development practices, such as component-based architecture, server-side rendering (SSR), and static site generation (SSG).
Documentation and Communication:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for the development processes, tools, and best practices.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Interact closely for requirements with Business owners and technical teams both within India and across the globe.
Work closely with the Architects and cross functional teams and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery) within the established architectural guidelines.
What you will bring
Over 8+ years of experience in building mobile & desktop user experiences
Advanced knowledge of front-end design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
Strong expertise in Front-end development using React and React native.
Strong expertise in integrating analytics, Crashlytics and measuring CPU and battery utilizations for mobile application.
Good expertise in creating functional automation testing using Appium or other open-source automation framework.
Strong expertise in ReactJS and Redux technologies
Strong expertise in GraphQL
Clear Communication, including the ability to create functional charts.
Ability to multitask between several different requirements and features concurrently.
Experience with cloud native technology, CI/CD
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
Ability to perform in a team environment.
Have a true passion for Technology.
Nice to have Backend experience either Java or NodeJS development.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in Azure cloud architecture and deployments and strong understanding of cloud technology, including - Azure Offerings, Cloud storage, Cloud security, Cloud migration.
Industry experience in developing components for mobile applications or cloud native backend PaaS

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
