BEAUTY ADVISOR ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

CHANEL is looking for a Beauty Advisor (BA) Engagement Specialist to join the Fragrance & Beauty Learning Department for Benelux & Scandinavia, based in Brussels. In this role, you will strengthen the engagement of our wholesale Beauty Advisor community by creating impactful learning moments, coordinating events and activations, and ensuring a consistent, inspiring CHANEL experience across markets.

You will be part of the European Learning Community and work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Learning and Retail partners. Reporting to the Wholesale Learning Manager, you will contribute to the development and execution of engagement initiatives that inspire, connect and elevate our Beauty Advisors.

This position requires a strong project mindset, excellent organisational skills and the ability to translate brand priorities into engaging learning experiences. You will thrive in a fast-moving, international environment where collaboration, creativity and operational excellence are essential.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

Engagement Strategy

• Define the long-term wholesale Beauty Advisor Engagement strategy
• Create the BA Engagement program, including all training activities, engaging activations and initiatives, results, communication plan, ordering & distribution
• Assure alignment with marketing & commercial teams on priorities (new product launch, special program, etc.)
• Align with marketing & commercial teams’ priorities and maintain a strong collaboration with the Global/Europe Learning team
• Analyze KPI’s and consolidate feedback from different stakeholders to enrich the Beauty Advisors’ experience

Event Management

• Take the lead in organizing learning events (in collaboration with other departments) on-site and act as project manager for external trainings
• Define, implement & follow up on the training schedule
• Communicate via retailer networks and the CHANEL e-learning mobile application
• Support the team in organizing digital events (in collaboration with other departments)

Learning activities

• Being part of the team with different learning activities and training such as E-classes, inclass training, events and internal and external projects.
• Supporting in animating and presenting for learning events

What you will bring to the team:

• Proven experience in event management, learning coordination, brand activation or community engagement, ideally within beauty, luxury, retail or a premium service environment
• Strong affinity with Fragrance & Beauty and a genuine interest in creating engaging experiences for Beauty Advisors and retail communities
• Highly organised, autonomous and reliable, with the ability to prioritise, coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality execution
• Creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to bring ideas forward and turn them into concrete actions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect, motivate and communicate with different audiences
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch, ideally all three languages
• Fulltime available and the commitment to work flexible (for example during events)
• Living in or around Brussel and frequent travel required within Benelux & Scandinavia

Personal qualifications:

• Ability to translate marketing, commercial and learning priorities into clear engagement plans and impactful activations
• High level of communication and presentation skills, with the ability to animate learning moments and engage audiences
• Strong and proven analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to work with KPI’s, feedback, Excel and Power BI insights
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with precision, follow-through and a hands-on approach
• Digital mindset and confidence working with e-learning platforms, communication tools and content formats
• Strong and proven copywriting and content creation experience, with attention to tone of voice, clarity and brand consistency.
