The Gaming PC NPI Financial Analyst (Expert) serves as a strategic finance business partner supporting the Gaming PC portfolio, with primary responsibility for end-to-end financial ownership of New Product Introductions (NPIs).

This role provides advanced financial modeling, investment analysis, and portfolio management to guide go/no-go decisions, optimize profitability, and ensure alignment with long-term financial plans. The position operates in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Category teams.

Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Business Partnering

  • Acts as primary finance partner to Gaming PC platform teams, influencing key investment and product decisions.
  • Provides financial insights and recommendations at key NPI checkpoints and executive reviews.
  • Aligns cross-functional stakeholders on assumptions related to volume, pricing, cost, and ROI.

NPI Financial Management (End-to-End Ownership)

  • Owns financial planning and execution across all NPI phases (concept, PLC, POR, launch, post-launch).
  • Develops and validates business cases, including revenue, cost, margin, and ROI projections
  • Supports go/no-go decisions by assessing financial viability and strategic alignment. 

Portfolio & Profitability Management

  • Manages Gaming PC portfolio financial performance across the product lifecycle.
  • Identifies risks and opportunities and drives actions to optimize profitability and return on investment.
  • Delivers post-launch financial insights and performance analysis to inform future product strategies. 

NRE & Investment Planning

  • Leads planning, tracking, and management of NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) investments and funding
  • Ensures alignment of development spend with financial targets (Flash, Budget, LTP).
  • Drives visibility and accountability for investment efficiency and spend optimization.

Financial Modeling & Analytics

  • Develops and maintains complex financial models, including:
    • ROI and investment analysis
    • Cost structure and profitability scenarios
    • Sensitivity and risk analysis 
  • Standardizes modeling approaches and tools across NPIs.

Planning, Reporting & Governance

  • Supports key financial processes (Flash, Budget, LTP, QBR/QBW) for Gaming portfolio.
  • Ensures compliance with financial governance requirements and reporting standards.
  • Prepares and delivers executive-ready financial insights.



Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
