As a member of a cross-functional team, you ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the Mondelēz International Quality Compliance Agenda.

How you will contribute

Checks the correctness and up-to-dateness of the ISM documentation:

• Manages the process of issuing new documentation and revising existing documents
• Responsible for the distribution of IMS documents, archives IMS documents
• Responsible for the up-to-date documentation on the teamsite
• Publishes the Quality Manual
• Maintains lists of valid documentation
• Escalation of documents requiring revision
• Trains on the requirement to create IMS documentation Manages the entire process of internal audits
• Plans internal audits
• Prepares the program of internal audits for the given year
• Provides IA system management
• Evaluates internal audits
• Prepares documents for management review
• Trains and ensures the training of new members by an external company

Ensures metrology in the plant according to the Metrological Order:

• Prepares the Metrological Code according to legislative requirements
• Keeps records of working and established guides and sets their verification and calibration deadlines
• Responsible for carrying out calibrations and verification of delivered devices and meters on time
• Carries out marking checks of meters included in metrological control
• Contact person for external companies that provide the metrology management system at the plant
• Training, issues certificates according to customer requirements

Manages the system of corrective and preventive measures (e.g. Enablon, catalog of measures, catalog of Internal audits) including:

• Correctness check
• Training
• Gets feedback and constantly improves the system

Cooperates with the regulatory department (legislative requirements up to date), with external organizations - state control authorities.

Participates in third party audits.
