About the Role

Processes job requisitions and provides support for supply chain, sourcing, cost, price analyses and contract/purchase order generation.

What You Will Do

• Working with master planners on outsourcing needs; establishing blanket purchase orders and vendor managed inventory (VMI).
• Identifies and leads initiatives to improve the supply-chain process.
• Supporting customers and leading customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
• Accountable for maintaining supply chain application systems.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business).
• English from intermediate conversational to advanced

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your unique skills and experiences. Below are some of the most critical skills.

Process Improvement:

• Identifies process problems that limit performance.
• Implements methods for improving and establishing controls for critical processes.

Analytical Thinking:

• Proficient in data analysis tools for decision-making and results presentation, including RCCA, Ishikawa (fishbone), and 5 Whys methodologies.
• Implemented projects for cost savings, increase velocity, improve ergonomics, etc
• Strong penchant for solving complex business problems with most suitable analytic tool

Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP.
• At least 3 years working in supply chain areas, preferably in material planning processes.

Top Candidates will also have:

• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP WM & IM modules.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps.
