Job Summary:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will embark on an accelerated
pathway to becoming an insurance and financial services advisor at the fastest-growing
firm in industry history. Success in this role means positioning yourself for a full advisor
position, where you’ll manage your own book of business under the mentorship of some
of the most successful brokers in the field.

In this role, you will develop prospecting skills that form the foundation for achieving
uncapped financial success in an industry where the top 20% of sales professionals earn
income far exceeding the highest-paying jobs in the U.S. You’ll work closely with our
sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and
qualify leads to drive Acrisure’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do

Engage Target Accounts: Take an analytical approach to our proprietary
outbound sales methods and create meaningful engagement opportunities with
prospect decision makers.

Lead Qualification: Work closely with the sales team to qualify inbound and
outbound leads, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile and sales
priorities.

Mentorship Opportunity: Collaborate closely with senior brokers, learning their
proven strategies for building and managing a successful book of business.
Process Adherence: Execute established workflows with rigor and consistency
while offering insights to improve processes based on your experience and data.
Career Development: Lay the groundwork for your transition into a full advisor
role, equipped with the skills and relationships needed for long-term success in
insurance and financial services.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a demonstrated attention to detail

Education/Experience:

  • High School diploma is required
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient computer skills with agency management software systems, preference for experience with APPLIED EPIC

The base compensation range for this position is $0 - $0. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
