The Opportunity

For our Abbott Diabetes Care Division ADC we are looking for a Country Manager to join our great team in Greece.

Country Manager will provide the ADC Sales and Marketing Team and Market Access with the leaderships and direction to achieve sales, local margin, market share and market access goals, future direction for new products and business opportunities and to facilitate an environment that encourages and recognizes success and results of both team and individual levels.

Required qualification & background:

  • University Degree preferably in Marketing, Business administration or a Medical field.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Preferably minimum five years of experience in sales and/or marketing management experience in health care Industry. 
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others; stablishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate the accomplished of work goals. 
  • Ability to take prompt action to accomplished objectives; taking to achieve goals beyond what is required; being pro-active; originating action to improve existing condition and processes for internal and/or external customer. 
  • Maintaining, promoting and modelling social, ethical and organizational norms; firmly adhering to codes of conduct and ethical principles.
