About the Role
In this role, you will lead and oversee key sales support functions that drive revenue growth and align with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will span go-to-market planning, lead generation, quota deployment, sales analytics, pricing strategy, campaign execution, deal structuring, renewals support, and managing the RFP process. You’ll play a critical role in enabling the sales organization to achieve its goals through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and strategic alignment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provides leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.
- Monitors staff performance, works with employees to implement goals and document progress and works with Human Resources on employee related issues.
- Directs resources in a cost-effective, innovative manner including assisting sales teams in effective use of resources and tools.
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans.
- Collaborates with sales management in developing, modifying and executing sales policies, goals, strategies and objectives to achieve objectives.
- Provides the support sales teams require to be successful including lead generation, presentations, RFP processes, prospect assessment, contract administration and sales production analysis.
- Participates in identifying critical market segments through market research and competitor analyses.
- Participates in building, packaging and price setting with members of management to meet market needs.
- Monitors client survey results to ensure positive client relationships and satisfaction and responds to any negative criticism.
- Implements and executes sales support policies and practices.
- Oversees trade show participation and participates in the planning of sales meetings.
- Prepares sales production reports for senior management.
- Encourages staff to participate in product/service as well as industry related educational opportunities to strengthen and improve skill levels and ability to service customers.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

- General knowledge of financial/payment technologies and banking practices

- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and workload management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
