Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective solutions. This role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with business requirements is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with data pipeline development and management.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and tools.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and platforms.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
