The Contract Specialist will be responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, and revising contracts on behalf of the organization, ensuring that both parties are complicit with the terms of the contract. This individual will load contracts into the system and administer ongoing compliance and reporting of contract health and performance.

This role is in direct support of our Advanced Tissue Technology (ATT) business unit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer the Advanced Tissue Technologies contract strategy
  • Draft contract documents and coordinate reviews with stakeholders in accordance with policy
  • Organize data in a meaningful way to support the business
  • Generate reports and drive process that informs the business on contract performance
  • Prepares, reviews, analyzes, and revises contracts
  • Drafts contracts and correspondence
  • Provides review of sales agreements, working collaboratively with sales, marketing, finance, legal, HR, and operations to determine proper contract language and interpretation
  • Prepares and manages contract document flow
  • Ensures that all records are accurate and up to date
  • Writes contract letters and other communications and notices
  • Creates regular status reports regarding progress on contracts and contract performance
  • Analyzes contracts to ensure they comply with standards
  • Load and audit contract data in systems
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of up to two years prior experience in contract administration or related function
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Possesses superior attention to detail
  • Has previous experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated capability to take initiative and accountability

Languages

  • Speaking: English
  • Writing/Reading: English

Travel Requirements: 5% - in-country travel for team meetings as needed.
