OP Technical Account Manager is an individual contributor role in the region or HQ that is accountable for supporting the client-facing roles towards the telecoms (OPMs and PGMs) by ensuring that the back-office operations are run smoothly. The individual in this role performs tasks that are related to the business operations; keeps the business afloat and provide the front-office with the ability to execute their various client-facing tasks.

Job Description

  • Supporting the OPMs and PGMs for the assigned telecoms on activities such as but not limited to:
    • QBR preparation and presentation
    • Proactively communicating the status, escalations and recommendations for the telecoms
    • Resolving billing disputes
  • Cooperating with the internal stakeholders in bringing the best service to the telecoms
  • Sender registration
  • Managing Short Codes (SMS and USSD)
  • Ensuring smooth introduction of the services and delivered solutions as well as the proper setup for the assigned telecoms, setup of the new services, and traffic monitoring when applicable
  • Keeping up with all the updates from the industry, updates on the products in the telecom sector as well as route pricing in cooperation with the Business Growth team
     

 Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related field
  • Alternatively, you have recently completed college and are seeking your first job in your chosen field of study.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.

The person in this role focuses on learning Infobip solutions and business processes; consults with Seniors and Experts on the projects and operators to which s/he is assigned; proactively seeks for information and builds upon his/her industry knowledge every day.
