Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience. Role:- As an Adobe Target Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized digital experiences for web. You will collaborate closely with analytics, and development teams to deliver A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and personalization strategies that drive user engagement and business growth. Responsibilities:- 1. Develop and deploy A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target. 2. Implement personalization campaigns based on user behavior, segmentation, and business goals. 3. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and content strategists to ensure seamless integration of test elements. 4. Work with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Target, Analytics, Launch) to deliver data-driven experiences. 5. Monitor and analyze test performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test deployment, targeting, and data collection. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Target. - Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques. - Experience with user experience design principles and best practices. - Familiarity with web analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Target. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
