About the Opportunity:

We are looking for Administration Officer’s to join our Health Informatics team. Reporting the Health Information Services Manager, these roles are available on either a full-time or permanent part time at our St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba.

Things that work for us:

  • Hight attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration, preferably within a healthcare environment

  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology is desirable

  • Experience in digitising records is derisible

  • Privacy of health records experience is desirable

  • Exceptional computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Highly developed interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
