Job Summary:

Under general supervision, to conscientiously undertake and complete position responsibilities in an accurate, timely and professional manner, thoroughly servicing company clients.

Responsibilities:

Renewal Process Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the completion of processing certificates, endorsements, audits, policies, and invoicing.

  • Process the Account Managers mail, faxes, emails, and attach to Epic in a timely manner.  Update Epic with any policy changes.

  • Assist the Account Manager in the marketing process, ordering loss runs, MVRs, follow up for renewal quotes, rating online, and updating Epic.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Account Managers or Management.

  • Seek advice from Account Manager with any problems with their accounts.

Additional Functions:

  • Communicate with co-workers in a courteous and professional manner in order to provide continuity, uniform procedures and agency-wide communication and high morale.

  • Participate in monitoring adherence to professional standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Property/Casualty Broker/Agent license

  • Commercial insurance knowledge with at least three year’s industry experience and/or demonstrated ability to successfully handle complexities of the job.

  • Excellent business writing skills

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • High School Diploma

  • Computer skills necessary to perform the essential functions of the job (i.e. spreadsheets, database, word processing and insurance software) Applied Epic experience a plus

Preferred:

  • College Degree

  • Applicable insurance designations (i.e. CPCU, CIC, CISR, etc.)

  • Familiar with Applied Systems Epic

  • Experience with a paperless system

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
