The US 7Days Senior Brand Manager is the end-to-end business owner of the brand, driving plans to deliver double-digit growth while helping re-ignite the Cakes & Pastries category. This role has full P&L ownership and leads brand & channel strategy, media and activation, and commercialization.

Partnering closely with Cakes & Pastries Category Marketing, Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Insights & Analytics (I&A), the Senior Brand Manager will translate consumer and customer insights into a clear growth strategy, compelling brand & category driving plans, and winning in-market execution. This lead must balance brand vision / brand-building with operational excellence to drive sustainable growth.

The SBM will report into the Senior Director of Morning Brands & Portfolio Strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the US 7DAYS P&L, partnering across the marketing, sales, finance, and end-to-end planning organization to deliver annual contract commitments and manage IBP
  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and integrated media and activation plans with agency and omni-marketing teams, leveraging European playbook for success
  • Lead portfolio strategy, including current portfolio review, price pack architecture, channel & customer strategy, and shelving & merchandising
  • Manage commercialization across channels in partnership with Sales and RGM
  • Leverage I&A to identify growth opportunities, test and learn, and measure performance
  • Build commercial roadmap to 2030 Ambition with consumer validation and supply chain investments required

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
  • Brand Management experience required, CPG-specific experience preferred
  • 7+ years relevant work experience
  • Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment
  • Ability to lead and influence internal cross-functional & external agency teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong business acumen and P&L understanding
  • Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing/PowerPoint, with executive presence

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
