Job Overview

As a Renew WW Systems Partner Enablement, you will be responsible for the enablement of IT and systems capabilities with our Refurbishment partners. You will create a solid bridge between IT, Operations, and the Design team to ensure refurbishment partners are systems-ready to support Business Growth. Acting as a program manager across different partners worldwide, you will drive key areas such as enabling communications for BRD sign-offs and design alignments, ensuring regional teams' readiness including operational documentation updates and training plans, and overseeing technical partner readiness including partner development and test plans, deployment, and ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT and systems capabilities with refurbishment partners to support business growth.

  • Act as a liaison between IT, Operations, and Design teams to ensure alignment and readiness.

  • Enable communications to align on Business Requirements Document (BRD) sign-offs and design alignments.

  • Ensure regional teams' readiness by updating operational documentation and creating training plans.

  • Oversee technical partner readiness, including partner development and test plans, deployment, and ramp-up.

  • Coordinate with various global partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

  • Identify and manage critical paths and dependencies across projects.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with partners and internal teams.

  • Coordinate dependencies with other domains to ensure seamless integration of new processes.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across various Supply Chain functions to design and optimize flows, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

  • Provide detailed hand-over plans and documentation to ensure a smooth transition of new processes to operations.

  • Contribute innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.

  • Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • +10 years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, and/or Services Delivery Businesses.

  • Proven project management experience and skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.

  • MBA, PMP, ITIL, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
