Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Business Management Analysts. This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in Linthicum, MD. This role requires onsite presence of 4-5 days a week depending on the assigned role. This role does not offer full time telecommuting or full-time remote work. Roles could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.
Basic Qualifications:
A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria.
Basic qualifications for an Associate Business Analyst are a Bachelor’s degree.
The candidate must:
·Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s) from an accredited institution.
·Be majoring in or having majored in a Business degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) or Business adjacent degree (Criminal Justice, Economics, International Business, Legal Studies, Mathematics, Risk Management)
·Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
·Have prior Business relevant internship or work experience
·Have existing active U.S. Government security clearance
Salary Range: $58,400.00 - $87,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
