FIELD ENABLEMENT TOOL DEVELOPER

Are you passionate about creating smart, user-friendly digital tools that make people’s work easier and more effective?

We’re looking for a Field Enablement Tool Developer who will play a key role in shaping how our global teams collaborate, engage with our customers, and innovate.

You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where technology meets business impact — designing tools that help our field sales and engineering teams deliver first class support and value to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build impactful tools that address real business challenges and improve daily operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate ideas into intuitive, easy-to-use applications.
• Understand the needs of field teams to develop tools that truly support their work and drive engagement with customers
• Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create seamless workflows.
• Leverage PowerBI to deliver clear, actionable dashboards that turn data into insights.
• Maintain high-quality standards through proper documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively in English to gather requirements, present ideas, and provide user support or training.

What You Bring:

• Proven hands-on experience with PowerApps development and a portfolio of user-centered solutions.
• A keen eye for design and a creative mindset for making complex tasks simple.
• Understanding of field sales and engineering workflows, and how digital tools can boost efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Structured, organized approach and a passion for continuous learning
