We are building the next generation cameras that are cloud connected. Your job will be to design and scale a cloud based platform that automatically connects with cameras to enhance their capabilities with state of the art machine learning. We are providing safety and security solutions to some of the biggest enterprises in the world.

Our cloud-based platform connects seamlessly with all cameras regardless of their brand or model and processes a wide range of analytics in real-time. You will be part of a small growing team who will focus on achieving robust and scalable architecture in order to enable millions of alarms to be processed on our platform. You will be developing features that enable customers to get more insight and intelligence from their cameras. Everything that you do will need to scale as it will serve hundreds of thousands of cameras all around the world. Being able to make accurate estimates and deliver them is crucial in order to manage expectations from internal and external stakeholders.


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of both frontend and backend components, encompassing the complete software stack.

  • Designing streamlined and efficient architecture to effectively meet customer requirements and optimize system performance.

  •  Building robust and scalable systems capable of seamlessly handling high volumes of traffic and ensuring exceptional user experiences.

  • Expertly resolving complex challenges, such as performance bottlenecks and concurrency issues, while proactively proposing innovative solutions.

  • Providing invaluable engineering insights to guide product decisions and shape the team roadmap, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development principles and practices.

  • Extensive expertise in node.js, showcasing advanced knowledge and proficiency in leveraging its capabilities to build sophisticated applications.

  • Proven track record in designing robust and efficient RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration and interaction between various system components.

  • Relevant experience with Vue.js or equivalent single-page application libraries (e.g., React.js), displaying proficiency in developing intuitive user interfaces and interactive web applications.

  • Comprehensive understanding of diverse networking protocols, enabling seamless communication and data exchange between interconnected systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully scale web-based applications and APIs, handling increased traffic loads and ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

  • Exhibit strong collaborative and team player skills, effectively contributing to a cohesive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing.
